AMAZING Experience IN City Center
helpful staff quick service clean rooms excellent breakfast
The staff WAS helpful tracking down a taxi driver who returned my wife's phone. The hotel helped us find a store open on New year's eve for Spanish tradition. Room accommodations were great with very clean spaces. Complimentary drinks IN the mini fridge were stocked. The breakfast IS excellent. They were prompt with service and very accommodating too.

Breakfast had many gluten-free options clearly labeled making mornings stress-free. There were many dining options near the hotel, like pizza, indian, and japanese food, so you WILL find something. There were a lot of tapas places too.

The staff IS cute and helpful offering great recommendations for local dining. The bartender made us virgin options, since we don't drink alcohol which i really appreciated.

The hotel IS centrally located near important sites in the city center. IT'S a pedestrian area. It IS just a short walk from Setas de which IS a mushroom-esque wooden structure. I found several cute shops nearby too.

The breakfast was varied. It included some freshly cooked options like pancakes. The location WAS very nice next to Setas Seville.
Our room lacked natural light. I think this may be an issue if you are Claustrophobic. There was a queen bed located close to the entrance door. The bed was only 50 cm from the door.

the location proved convenient.
the staff didn't seem readily available when needed, quite annoying, really. despite mentioning our anniversary, we got two single beds. a complimentary champagne bottle was offered, but it hardly compensated for the mix-up.

excellent service spacious room early breakfast
the front desk personnel were amazing, they gave superb service and great recommendations. the room was spacious. it included all necessities. i needed an iron, and it was promptly provided. the hotel prepared a "to go" breakfast for my early flight, unexpected!!!
i wish i had known about the nearby parking garages sooner. i had some trouble finding a convenient spot. imagen parking was a bit tight. it was still manageable, though.

the hotel had a central location. it was walkable to top attractions with various food options. the hotel is close to the mushroom-esque structure in encarnacion plaza, this location made exploring easy.

the room was impeccably clean. it featured pops of color and a modern feel. a nespresso coffee machine and water kettle were present. towels were clean and fresh with all necessary amenities. there was even a hair straightener.
